About TEDx

A grassroots program called TEDx was developed in the spirit of TED’s overarching goal to find and study “ideas worth spreading.” Through TEDx events, TED is brought to local communities all over the world. These gatherings are put on by enthusiastic people who are driven to learn new things and to disseminate the most recent findings in their communities. TEDx events are freely organized with a free license from TED and feature live speakers as well as previously recorded TED Talks. These events are not under the supervision of TED, but the event directors agree to follow our model and are given instructions for curation, speaker coaching, event planning, and other things.

About TEDxIIHMR U

TEDXIIHMR U

TED has established a program called TEDx with the intention of disseminating worthwhile ideas. Local, independently organized gatherings called “TEDx” bring people together to have a TED-like experience. The name of our event is TEDxIIHMRU, where x stands for independently organized TED event. TED Talks live speakers will combine at our TEDxIIHMRU event to elicit in-depth conversation and connection in a small group. General guidelines for the TEDx program are provided by the TED Conference, but individual TEDx events, like ours, are self-organized.
